All orders ship from our central distribution facility. Shipping costs and any applicable international customs fees are non-refundable. For your security, a signature is required on all online orders above a certain value threshold.

IMPORTANT POLICIES
- All import taxes and duties for applicable services are paid in advance at checkout.
- If a domestic order is returned to sender (RTS), a handling fee will be deducted from any refund.
- If the recipient refuses delivery, the package may be considered abandoned by the carrier and will not be eligible for a refund.
- We are not liable for packages lost in transit, though we will assist in the investigation. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a secure and correct delivery address.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for associated return and reshipment fees.
